Important Notes

  • Free shipping within U.S.A. (Heavy and Oversize items require additional shipping charges -Marked as OZ or OW or both) – Sabra Books ship ALL orders utilizing the U.S.P.S. Media Mail and internationally using First Class International Rate (up to 4 Lbs.).
  • Delivery times: Domestic 7-14 business days, International 21-36 business days.
  • Hawaii orders will take 21-36 days to arrive with free shipping. Orders from Alaska can’t meet the 7-14 business days deadline (normally it takes 3 weeks or more to ship an item from the continental USA). If a buyer from Alaska wants the item sooner, they have to request the item to be shipped either by Express or Priority mail.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We strive to maintain excellent customer service, including a guarantee of every item as it’s described on our Web Site. You’re eligible for a refund within 3 business days upon receiving your purchased item if you’re dissatisfied with your purchase due to an error on our part or if the item doesn’t arrive. The buyer is eligible for refund for ‘item did not arrive’ within 30 days after an order’s estimated delivery date. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Tracking #’s are provided with each order. You might be required to sign a delivery slip upon receiving the item. We pack all our book orders with cardboard to protect them during transit via the U.S.P.S.

Issue:

  1. Incorrect Item Delivered/ Item Not as Described/ Item Was Damaged
    You’re eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, if your return is the result of an error on our part. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in. Return Address: P.O. Box, 9319, Naperville IL, 60567.
  2. Item Did Not Arrive
    You’re eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your item hasn’t arrived as of the Estimated Delivery Date, up until 30 days past. If the tracking information indicates the item has arrived, the refund request is void.

If the item is returned to us for any of the following reasons, the buyer will not get refunded: incomplete address, unclaimed, returned to sender, or similar.

How to Initiate a Return:

You must ship your purchase item back to us the same way it was packed for you. You must email us the tracking number for the return.
Your refund will be processed to your credit card or PayPal account once we have received the item back. We recommend that you use a trackable method of shipment; if the item doesn’t arrive and tracking isn’t provided, the refund will be cancelled.
